I'm an independent IT consultant and project manager based in Berlin, working with businesses across the DACH region. Over the past 7+ years, I've helped organizations get their IT infrastructure, processes and tools working properly — whether that's planning and delivering complex projects, implementing new systems, or providing clear, vendor-independent advice.
I started out managing IT for growing companies and quickly realized how often projects stall not because of technical complexity, but because of unclear communication, misaligned expectations, or vendors who don't deliver. That's why I work directly with clients from start to finish — no account managers, no handoffs, just straightforward collaboration and honest guidance.
When I'm not working on client projects, you'll find me experimenting with new tools, contributing to open-source projects, or helping friends troubleshoot their tech setups. I believe good IT should be invisible — it should just work, so you can focus on what actually matters.

A client wanted to bring their store and office spaces under proper control — projectors, screens, TV walls and lighting were all managed separately and inconsistently. I planned and built a unified solution from scratch, selecting the right hardware and developing custom software to tie everything together. The client now controls their entire facility from one place.
A number of small retail stores needed reliable IT infrastructure without the cost of an in-house team. I planned, standardised and coordinated the rollout of point-of-sale systems, network equipment and other in-store devices, supporting vendor-side implementation. The stores now run on a consistent, well-documented platform.
A client had grown quickly and wasn't confident their IT setup had kept pace. I conducted a thorough security audit, identified the most critical risks and delivered a clear action plan ranked by priority. Separately, I've supported several organisations as an independent IT consultant — helping them evaluate tools, choose vendors and make informed technology decisions without a hidden agenda.
A company with staff across multiple locations had no centralised way to manage their laptops and mobile devices — each one was set up differently, and keeping them secure and up to date was a constant headache. I planned and rolled out a device management solution that brought all devices under central control, with consistent security policies and automated onboarding for new equipment.
Several clients needed digital solutions built around their actual workflows — not off-the-shelf software that almost fits. I've planned and delivered professional business websites as well as custom internal tools that replaced manual processes and saved teams meaningful time. In each case I worked through requirements with the client first, then handled or oversaw the full build.

I supported them with platform setup, access structures, configuration reviews, service governance and optimisation. The result: cleaner configurations, better visibility, and platforms that remain manageable and reliable as the organisation grows.
